I have the honour to submit for the signi- fication of His Majesty's pleasure Ordinance No. 9 of 1903

entitled "An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a

Supplementary Sum of One million Eight hundred thousand Two

hundred and one Dollars and Forty cents, to defray the charges

of the year 1902".

I also transmit the usual report by the

Attorney-General and six copies of the Supplementary Estimates

for 1902 which embody the information required to be furnished

under No. 40 of the Financial Instructions.
